In his previous role as Head of Sales at Reynolds and Reynolds UK, Steven played a pivotal role as a key member of the senior management team. Leading a dedicated sales force, he spearheaded Dealer Management Software (DMS) solutions catering to a wide spectrum of automotive businesses, including car, van, truck, and bus dealerships. His leadership ensured streamlined operations across sales, aftersales, marketing, and accounting departments, delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.
